Tabletop Miniatures: Nidhogg and More Updates

04/15/2025

Happy Tuesday and welcome back to Tabletop Thoughts! For those living in the USA, it is tax day.

To take the sadness away, I have been working on a few projects.

Nidhogg did in fact jump the line for getting painted. I really like this model from The Printing Goes Ever On. I went with a two-tone green color scheme with bone claws and teeth. I still need to decide on the base. Should I paint it plain black like most of my miniatures or add flocking and flair? Comment if you have an opinion.

I printed out the male and female hill giants from the EC3D Designs Baddies and Beasts collection. I am going to prime them this week.

The female and male ogres from the EC3D designs Baddies and Beasts collection. They will also get primed this week.

I might place these hill giant and ogre models in my Etsy store or save them for a future YouTube subscriber giveaway. We are currently at 45 subscribers, but only 10 have public profiles that I can see so only those 10 would be eligible for the giveaway. If you are a subscriber, please make sure your profile is public or send me a message to let me know who you are.

I also printed a ruined church on my Ender 3 Pro FDM printer. It needs a little cleanup, and then it will get painted and placed with the rest of my building terrain.

I completed the Painting the Dragon Turtle video this week as well. It should go up tomorrow or Thursday.

Keep on gaming!
