I am thinking of starting to go through the Lost Mine of Phandelver and building it out on the table using my models and terrain. I am going to TRY to stick to using my UDT and run it like I would if I were running the adventure at a local club. I will need some characters to place on the board so let’s start with a typical party.

1. Character Name: Elowen Swiftfoot Race: Elf Class: Fighter
   Description: Elowen is a graceful elf with golden hair and striking violet eyes. She wields a slender elven blade with finesse and moves with the swiftness of the forest. Her combat skills were honed while defending her woodland home from marauding creatures. Backstory: Born in the heart of the mystical Silverwood, Elowen has a deep connection to nature. She joined this party to explore the world beyond her forest and protect it from any threats that may arise.
2. Character Name: Bardin Stonebeard Race: Dwarf Class: Cleric
   Description: Bardin is a stout and grizzled dwarf with a long gray beard, and his eyes sparkle with wisdom. He dons chainmail armor and carries a sturdy warhammer, a symbol of his unwavering faith in the Dwarven Gods. Backstory: Raised in the ancient halls of his clan, Bardin’s calling was to serve as a healer and protector. He left his mountain home to bring his divine blessings to those in need, seeking to right wrongs and bring honor to his kin.
3. Character Name: Halfling Huckleberry “Huck” Goodbarrel Race: Halfling Class: Thief
   Description: Huck is a mischievous halfling with a shock of unruly auburn hair and an ever-present twinkle in his emerald eyes. He’s nimble and quick, blending into shadows effortlessly. He’s always ready with a sly grin and a clever trick. Backstory: Huck grew up in the bustling halfling village of Greenhill, where he learned the art of thievery from a young age. While he may not always follow the law, his heart is in the right place, as he seeks to outwit those who would harm his people.
4. Character Name: Sorin Fireweaver Race: Human Class: Magic-User
   Description: Sorin is a young human with unkempt black hair and an air of curiosity. He wears robes adorned with arcane symbols and carries a staff topped with a crystal orb that glows with inner power. His knowledge of arcane magic is both a boon and a burden. Backstory: Sorin’s thirst for magical knowledge led him to leave his humble village to seek out ancient tomes and mystical secrets. He’s joined this party to gain practical experience and to uncover the mysteries of the arcane that have always fascinated him.

Each week, I will try to build out an encounter or two on the table. If I need some models or terrain, I have some time to build it out and paint it. Let’s see how close I can get to the original design and how it would play out on my table.
