Happy Thanksgiving, and welcome back to Tabletop Thoughts!

It’s time for another Thursday Drop-In, and this week we’re serving up something perfectly seasonal—a feast! But don’t let the warm autumn colors and friendly village vibes fool you. This Drop-In comes with a little mystery, a little horror, and a twist sharp enough to carve straight through the celebration.

Today, we’re heading to the humble village of Quiet Fields, where the locals are gearing up for their annual harvest festival. There are decorations on every fencepost, kettles simmering with spiced root stew, and welcoming smiles from every direction. It all feels like the perfect place to rest your feet and enjoy a well-earned meal.

But if there’s one thing adventurers learn early… it’s that when a village is this eager for guests, something is usually going terribly wrong.

In this week’s Drop-In, the party will be asked to hunt down the sacred creature at the heart of Quiet Fields’ traditions. And what they discover out in the woods may just turn this entire feast on its head.
