Happy Sunday and welcome back to Tabletop Thoughts!

First, Brite Minis released a Madmartigan miniature for Val Kilmer’s passing. You can find it on Thingiverse for free. I printed this one on my Ender 3 Pro and painted him. I have another model on my Saturn 3 right now that will also get painted.

I might have to watch Willow this weekend. It is one of my favorite fantasy movies of all time. You can almost see it as an adventure being played around the table.

Secondly, I placed The Lost Tomb Adventure that I wrote for Shadowdark on DriveThruRPG as a free download to see if anyone over there would download it. It went up on 4/3/2025. As of today, it has been downloaded 145 times! I was hoping for 50 or so over the rest of the year. I think that shows how popular Shadowdark is right now. I haven’t purchased (or plan to) anything from WOTC for a couple of years now.

I am thinking of making some changes to my Shadows of the Sundered Throne to remove the information that I used from The Arcane Library cursed scrolls to make it more generic, and then I may release it as free content as well.

I released another video over on my YouTube channel (YouTube.com/@TabletopThoughts). It just shows off some of the Cool Mini or Not models in my collection. I have thousands of miniatures in the collection so I might start to do more of these to show off some of my favorites.

I have been editing my Dragon Turtle painting video as well as filming the creation of another custom terrain piece. I also need to continue my review of Unnatural Selection by Dungeon Damsel. You should see another video this week.

As of right now, I have 39 subscribers to my YouTube channel. When it reaches 50 subscribers, I am going to have a giveaway! I will take all of the public subscribers (I can’t see the subscribers set to private) and place them into a list. I will randomly draw a name from the list and they will receive the three Ironmoor Trolls pictured above (the exact painted models shown) free of charge. I’ll even pay shipping if in the USA.

After that, I will work up a new giveaway for 100 subscribers if we ever get close to that point, or maybe do a monthly giveaway for a single model. I could do a model from my monthly Patreon subscription to The Printing Goes Ever On. We could do a poll to see what the subscribers wanted and print that out. I might even paint it!
