I just finished the hero file for Deadpool and I wanted to get it posted. I made him PL 10 so he could be included with the other heroes for my one-shots. I am guessing that he will be used in any future games.

I am not sure if this is the PL that he would be if just starting him out, but he fits right in with the rest of the X-Men/Avengers for my games.
