Happy Sunday and welcome back to another Weekly Update! I got a lot done this week, even working overtime at my primary job and 4 nights at my 2nd job. I picked some random miniatures from the Box of Shame and did a quick paint job. It feels good to get so much done in a week.

Vampire brides wait near the throne of their master.

I finished these two vampire brides from the Bones 5 Kickstarter. I also painted up two of the bone thrones from EC3D Designs. I will put one into my terrain box for my gaming table/picture backgrounds and the other will probably get sold. The skeleton in the hanging cage I made some time ago but looked like it would fit in this scene.

A fire elemental springs from the Shrine of Orcus to confront the adventuring party.

The fire elemental is from Brite Minis. I tried to do some Object Source Lighting on the base. It turned out ok I guess. The female fighter is from Fat Dragon Games, the alchemist is from the Dungeons and Monsters Humble bundle (I think), and the ranger and his dog are from the Bones 5 Kickstarter. The Shrine of Orcus is from Fat Dragon Games. I have had that for a while now.

Do Shambling Mounds have pets?

The shambler is from EC3D Designs and the lettuce/crab creature is from the Bones 5 Kickstarter.

That’s not too bad considering the lack of crafting time I had this week. Most of the items (Vampire brides, dog, lettuce crab) were random pulls from the Box of Shame that got a simple quick paint job just to finish them.

Hopefully seeing me complete projects inspires someone to get something completed this week.
