Happy Sunday and welcome to another Weekly Update! This week, I only completed a few miniatures but I got a large terrain piece done and more resin miniatures printed, primed, and highlighted.

The Basilisk is from Brite Minis and the dwarf is from Print My Minis. The Dwarven Entrance is from The Printing Goes Ever On. The Basilisk and entrance were printed on my Ender 3 Pro FDM printer and the dwarf on my Elegoo Mars 3 resin printer.

I also got to play my 1st game of Shadowdark yesterday. I was the GM and ran a one-shot 1st level adventure that I created for my wife, my daughter, and her boyfriend. It only took a couple of hours but I managed to kill off my wife and the boyfriend. I had a stack of pre-generated characters available so we would just have the new person show up and continue the adventure.

Today, I am meeting up with one of my friends to play D&D 5E. My wife and I are players in this game. He runs it every month and we treat it like a one-shot even though he is running us through Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frost Maiden. We were able to get to play in another session a few months ago and it was fun so it is nice to be back to playing.

At the beginning of the year, I wanted to play 3 different games over this year and after today, I have two of them out of the way. I might try to get in a game of EZ3D (I have both the original version and the Wasted Worlds version), maybe a one-shot just to see what my player thinks. I also have Mutants and Masterminds that I can run. I have A LOT of Avengers and X-Men pre-generated characters ready to go. (You can see them here.) I have a few one-shot adventures that I can run for this as well.

I recently got my copy of Deathmatch Island which I backed on Kickstarter. It is like Squid Games, Hymger Games, PUBG, etc. I haven’t had a chance to read it but it might be fun as well.
