Weekly Update and What’s on the Table Combo

11/27/2023

Welcome to the Weekly Update/ What’s on the Table combo! This week, we will look at the items that I completed over the long holiday weekend and what is on the table to work on this week.

I was able to complete a set of Greek Ruins. This set is on eBay right now.

I also completed a set of dry cavern dungeon sticks. These are also on eBay right now.

An ancient green dragon watches some random adventurers move through her hunting grounds.

The dragon is from Fat Dragon Games. The monk is from Massive Darkness 2 and the wizard is from Midlam Miniatures. The mountain pieces are insulation foam covered in Sculpamold and painted to look like rock. The dragon is going on the shelf to keep (I like how it turned out).

A chimera and a harpy battle over the mountaintop nesting area.

The chimera is from Brite Minis and the harpy is from Massive Darkness 2. I might give the chimera to a coworker that plays D&D for Christmas.

On some alien planet, a big game hunter engages his prey.

The lizardman in a spacesuit is from Brite Minis. The alien is from the Aliens vs. Human tub.

In the local graveyard, the night watchman becomes the vampire’s prey.

The vampire and the guardsman are both from the Bones 5 Kickstarter.

A rich noble and his Djinn servant approach a glowing doorway guarded by the undead.

(Left to right) The ghoul is from Brite Minis. The spear-wielding ghoul is from Massive Darkness 2. The undead wolf and the merchant are from Bones 5 Kickstarter. The Djinn is from Brite Minis. The Djinn might join the chimera as part of the Christmas gift.

On the table right now is a squad of 10 snake-men (Fat Dragon Games), a Cube O Snot (Fat Dragon Games), another ghoul (Massive Darkness 2), another alien (Aliens Vs Humans), a Steelers Christmas Ornament, and three giants (Brite Minis). The snake-men and the giants will probably be in the online stores. I am not sure if I want to paint them up first or just put them primed and highlighted.

I also have some Christmas ornaments (these are concentric circles that move inside each other) along with another Steelers ornament for a coworker.

The True Tiles are going to be part of a Shadowdark dungeon that I created. I made it a one-page dungeon and I currently making the tiles and pieces to be able to play it out on the tabletop. I just need to finish writing the DM information on the map (which is done) and printing out the remainder of the tiles. A little paint and we are good to go! I might keep the adventure to play out with friends/family or it might end up online on eBay/Etsy. Time will tell…

Keep on gaming!
