During my last trip to Dollar Tree, I picked up a couple more of the Mosters, Inc figures for conversion. I have already done conversions to the Randall and Sully figures (Baskilisk and Yeti respectively)

First up was Boo. I thought I would try to convert her into some sort of amphibious monster. I used a sharp knife to cut the face out of the mouth and added some fangs to make it more like a vampiric monster. I added some green stuff around the eyes to make them look a little less fake.

The second figure was Mike. I thought he might make a cool beholderkin. I removed the arms and legs and added eye stalks from paper clips and round beads. I used a clear plastic rod and a circle for the flight stand.

I have another Mike that I might try to convert into a gas spore…
