Weekly Update

11/06/2022

This week, I finished the miniatures that I had on the table on Monday. While finishing up the painting on Saturday, I watched the Tabletop Minions YouTube video about taking pictures of your miniatures. You can go and watch it over here. I decided that I would try to ‘step-up’ my pictures of finished models for these updates. So let’s see how I did:

First up is the group of three skeletons from Fat Dragon Games. I painted one of the skeletons with red eyes to see if I liked it (I don’t).

Here are the bugbears (Lost Adventures Co.) that I printed out. These will look good on the table.

Here is the ranger (Fat Dragon Games) and a troll (Brite Minis). While the troll had a simple paint job, I liked how it turned out. The ranger is good for the tabletop.

Another of the ranger with a house in the background (you can only see the corner), I really need to work on my pictures but I have help on the way.

Here is an oxidation beast from Fat Dragon Games coming out of a 3D-printed cave.

I am getting a light/tripod tomorrow from Amazon so I can start to set up a nicer studio in my basement where I can take pictures like this in the future.

I was also thinking this would also help ‘encourage me to set up more encounters on my UDT and post those here.

If you like these types of pictures more than the previous pictures that I have posted, please leave a comment. I would like to hear about what you like and what you would like to see.

Keep on gaming!
