I thought I would compile some of the Dollar Tree toy conversions that I have made over the past couple of years.

First up is some merfolk that I made from the Mer-Man figure in the Masters of the Universe series. I made a handful of these miniatures in case I run something like the Ghosts of Saltmarsh.

From the Monster Inc series of figures, I got a few different miniatures. I was planning on using these for some behir or similar creatures. It is close enough to pass at my table. I changed the base and added some flocking to make it look nice.

Another Moster Inc conversion is the Scully to a yeti or similar monster (Wampa for Star Wars!). I took him off his base and put him on a clear base. I did a handful of these that could be used in the Icewind Dale campaign since it is a snowy region.

This one is more of a repaint than a conversion. I took a Jurassic World Micro dinosaur and make it look a little less cartoony. It could be now used as a giant lizard for something like an Underdark campaign (Out of the Abyss) or a jungle campaign (Tomb of Annihilation).

While running Tomb of Annihilation, I made these Kamadans from leopards and snakes from the Dollar Tree. While I didn’t have room to add 6 snake heads onto the leopards, I found just 2 heads were good enough to make the creature recognizable as a Kamadan. Just a handful of these is good enough for that campaign.

I will post more of these as I find them in the stacks of miniatures that I have.
