This week we look at Iron Man and increase him to PL13. I bumped up his defenses and offense powers at the same rate as the PL increase from the PL10 build. I also added a few more points to his skills and gave him a few more points to his abilities as well. I added a few more advantages to the Iron Man armor as well.
