Here we have the King of Wakanda, T’Challa AKA The Black Panther. I bumped up a few of his abilities scores back to the max for PL13 and increased his Vibranium protection as well.

I gave him Status: Wealth 5 (Billionaire) and added a few more combat Advantages to make him a better fighter. I also increased a few of his skills. This feels like a better Black Panther.
