Today, we are going to redo Jean Grey but this time at PL13.

I increased all of her power to make her more formidable. Her protective shield should be able to hold off most attacks unless they are from another powerful superhero. She can communicate telepathically over a long-range and her mental blast hits a lot harder.

This is what I imagine Jean would be like without the Phoenix Force but still very powerful. She would be almost on par with Professor X for mental powers plus she has her telekinetic powers to boot!
