Well, it is official. We have now made 26 straight weeks of completing something for the hobby! This is the longest streak that I have ever had, and this week I was motivated to get a lot done.

There are a lot of insect monsters in this week’s haul but I really wanted to get a lot done this week.

I finished the last of the caterpillars. I went with purples and blues to give them an Underdark feel. A simple paint job and they are done.

I did the same thing with the spiders. A couple of blues for the body and red for the eyes and they are done. Base them on 2″ wooden circles and you have some easy spider miniatures. They won’t win any painting contest but they are better than nothing when it comes to the game table.

All of these miniatures are from the Bone 5 Kickstarter. The wolf got a simple 3 color paint job with browns and he was done. I spent more time on the troll and adventurers, especially since the ladies could be used as PC characters and those will be on the table week after week.

I went through my Box of Shame and removed all of the miniatures that I am NEVER going to paint and placed them to the side. I am going to be giving those away to friends and followers of the channel. I still have all of the miniatures from Massive Darkness 2 that I need to get washed and primed. Those miniatures are great-looking and will end up on my table eventually.
