Today we meet the fourth member of the Battle League: Freezerburn

Raymond Stephens was a track and field star at his local high school. He easily beat the rest of his school and earned himself the nickname “Burn” since he would always burn the competition. He earned a scholarship to Justice City University.

During his Junior year, Ray’s latent mutant power emerged. Since he was classified as a “meta”, he was no longer allowed to compete against others on the normal team. He lost his scholarship and began to just use his powers to help people like fighting fires and stopping robberies.

Doc Battle invited Ray to join the team. Ray choose the name Freezerburn and moved into Battle Hall.

Freezerburn is a mutant that can generate ice. He can create ice objects, but they only last a short time (as long as he concentrates on them). Otherwise, they melt away quickly. He can form blasts of ice and can even cover himself in a layer of ice to hide his identity (if he is away from his costume).

I should have up the adventure plot/background sometime this week. After that, we start rolling dice!
