Happy Saturday! It is once again time for Superhero Saturday!
Today, we start with the Archetype roll which is a 1! That means we are building a battlesuit hero. This is the Iron Man of the group.
Under Abilities, we roll a 3, so our hero is a genius. Probably designed and built the suit themselves. We add those to the character sheet and we are at 36/150PP.
Next up are the advantages, where we roll a 5 (inventor) and a 16 (scientist). We add those advantages to the character and we are up to 46/150PP
For the Skills section, we roll a 16 (sciences) and a 19 (student). Apparently, our hero is younger. This is something we can work with… 62/150PP used
We start the Powers with a weapons array. We get Plasma Blast for free then roll 4 times for alternate effects in the array. For the rolls, we get a 1 (Electrified Shell), a 3 (Stunner), 8 (force capsule), and a 17 (strength and accuracy booster). 90/150PP used.
For the Defensive powers section, there are no rolls. You just get a bunch of powers for the armor suit. I am a little disappointed in no rolls, to be honest. 122/150PP
Next is the Movement Power section, we roll a 17, so our young hero has Rocket turbines that also have an alternate effect of aquatic movement (swimming and underwater adaption). They are as good above the surface as below. That’s 134/150PP
The Utility Powers section again is just a series of automatic powers without any rolling. (Still a little disappointed) 142/150PP used.
Defenses finish up the character and we are done. 150/150PP
At this point, I still really don’t have a good idea for this character so I thought I would look for an image to start the process. For an image, I went to google and started surfing around until I came to this image.

Suddenly, I had a concept. The hero would be a young Asian boy that was a super genius (multiple Ph. D degrees before 18) that designed and built his own super. He has a laboratory where he can work. I give him the complications of Thrills and Identity. He is young and enjoys the thrill of being a superhero. He has a secret identity to keep his family safe (plus what villains are going to take a teenager seriously).
Keep on gaming!
