Something I thought about last night was the size of this new project that I want to undertake. Fully assembled, it will take up space that is 65″ x 40″ (26 tiles x 16 tiles; Wyloch standard 2.5″/tile). My gaming table isn’t that big!

Plus, this is going to require 64 new tiles, not counting the doors, scatter pieces, monsters, etc. That seems like a lot of parts to print, paint, and seal for a one-shot that might get played once or twice. While I would still like to pre-build all of the rooms for faster transitions, I will need to move and replace rooms during the actual adventure.
Since I can only physically run a single one-shot adventure at a time, I am also thinking of combining my Delian Tomb tileset with the tiles for this project; creating a master one-shot tileset. This will allow me to reuse the same pre-generated PC characters and models. I can print out and paint the new monsters and scatter terrain pieces, but this will decrease the total amount of work needed.
I will find myself a larger container and move all of the pieces into it. Maybe look at keeping the individual items in separate containers inside the larger container.
I am still going to need to develop the adventure but this should make the total effort a lot less daunting. Feel free to give me any ideas for the adventure, I could use the help.
Keep on gaming!
EDIT: I started to build this map out using the True Tiles that I have printed and found out that I made a mistake with my math. It is only going to be 13 tiles tall x 8 tiles wide (32.5″ x 20″) which might fit on my game table. Looking at the tiles I have made and what I need, there are only 11 more tiles to print along with some of the scatter terrain and it should be ready to go. Still need to develop the adventure for this map…
